In your first year, you will join the Inhouse Consulting team, where you will work on challenging problems under the guidance of experienced consultants, gaining valuable management and problem-solving skills. Inhouse Consulting projects cover a range of topics, including strategy, growth, and operational improvement, and serve senior executives as internal clients. This year will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the company and maximize your exposure to various subjects and stakeholders. You will also participate in targeted professional trainings as well as our coaching & mentoring program to continuously improve your technical expertise and business acumen.
During your second year, you will undertake several individual assignments across our sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Group Functions. Based on business needs and your preferences, you will have the opportunity to expand your network and gain in-depth knowledge of day-to-day operations in functions such as marketing, R&D, production, and strategic management. Each assignment will last three to four months, including one international experience.
Overall, this program equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become an early thought leader in your area, enabling you to independently manage complex projects and diverse stakeholders within a matrix organization. Upon successful completion, you will transition into an exciting role within one of our businesses, aligned with your interests and career aspirations, and our business needs from which you will continue your development as a future leader within the organization.
