Your role: As a key member of the Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible for analyzing and generating insights from various data sources to drive the long-term growth of Process Solutions. Your core tasks will include assessing the health and performance of these solutions, advising leadership teams on matching research tools with business needs, and facilitating efficient connections from data to actionable insights. The purpose of this role solves the challenge of translating complex data into strategic recommendations by enabling informed decision-making that aligns with our mission and vision.

Who you are

• You possess a Master’s, or PhD, or have equivalent experience.
• You have 5+ years of related professional experience in data analysis or insights generation.
• Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to advise leadership effectively.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• You are proficient in Tableau, SQL, Python, and Excel, with a keen ability to learn new analytical tools.
• You have a continuous process improvement mindset and experience in process management.
• You can quickly establish trust and credibility with internal stakeholders.
• Your strong analytical and quantitative skills allow you to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
