Your role:
In your role as CMC Digital Scientist (parental leave replacement for 18 months), you will be pivotal in advancing the development of digital solutions aimed at accelerating and enhancing the quality of CMC-development. You will lead initiatives focused on implementing FAIR data principles, promoting efficient data management and accessibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for spearheading digital upskilling initiatives within the Orals department, ensuring that colleagues are equipped with the latest digital competencies. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial, as you will utilize statistics and machine learning techniques to derive meaningful insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the department.
Who you are:

Experienced professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, holding a degree in pharmacy, science, or a related field.

Proficient in coding with Python, utilizing it for data analysis, automation, and the development of digital solutions.

Skilled in leveraging statistics and machine learning to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Passionate about digital transformation and committed to enhancing digital literacy among colleagues.

Proven leader in implementing FAIR data initiatives, ensuring data is managed to be findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable.

Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.
