We are looking for a resourceful and motivated new colleague to tackle complex pharmaceutical manufacturing challenges and drive process improvements for products produced and distributed around the globe. In this role, you will collaboratively develop progressive solutions that enhance robustness, boost efficiency, and support transferability of our manufacturing processes. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional, international teams impacting key decisions within the Global Pharma Manufacturing Senior Leadership. Your role:

  • Identify and solve highly complex pharmaceutical manufacturing problems.

  • Develop innovative and scientifically sound solutions to improve the robustness and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

  • Anticipate manufacturing and regulatory challenges while proactively driving process and product improvements.

  • Lead cross-functional, international projects.

  • Leading a cross-site franchise specific Community of Practice  

  • Conduct pharmaceutical activities in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

  • Strategic thinking to promote and prioritize activities that advance our global pharmaceutical production.

  • Influence decisions within the Global Pharma Manufacturing Senior Leadership.

 

Who you are:
 

  • Licensed pharmacist or equivalent with strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytics, development, GMP, and drug approval.

  • PhD in pharmacy or related fields is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in the development and commercial manufacturing of solid oral dosage forms

  • Experience in leading and collaborating with international teams, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence.

  • Knowledge in process optimization methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma).

  • Familiar with process control strategies and the implementation of QbD concepts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Adaptable to new environments, demonstrating critical thinking and cognitive flexibility.
