Your Role
The CRM Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM & FFE team. This position involves executing medium-complexity tasks while adopting a broad perspective to problem-solving and identifying innovative solutions. The coordinator works autonomously within established guidelines, providing essential administrative support to the CRM & FFE Director and team members. Key responsibilities include arranging business travel, coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and preparing reports. The coordinator also facilitates communication across departments, ensuring alignment towards common goals. By maintaining accurate data and supporting onboarding and training for new users, the CRM Coordinator contributes to improved customer relationships and strategic sales initiatives, ultimately driving overall performance.
This position is only part-time (50%)
This position is limited until Feb 28, 2026.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field preferred; relevant CRM or data management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, project management, or CRM roles is advantageous; familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce is desirable.
- Proficient in data entry, management, and analysis; skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in English required; understanding diverse backgrounds is beneficial
