Your role
As a Financial Analyst for the Value Stream Controlling team within Integrated Supply Chain Operations in Life Science, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. You will take ownership of financial analysis and modeling for your assigned Value Stream, supporting initiatives that impact cost, service, and working capital. Your work will involve deep dives into standard cost development, trade margin modeling, and benchmarking against competition to inform key business cases, including capex. Acting as a bridge between Business and ISCO, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure data-driven performance improvements. Beyond your Value Stream, you may lead cross-functional analyses to harmonize and standardize reporting and financial processes. You will monitor financial performance, conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses, and help prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for management. Your expertise will support budgeting and forecasting activities ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory compliance. Your contribution will be vital in shaping how ISCO drives Divisional and Business Unit profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment while influencing critical business outcomes.

 

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications like CFA, CPA, or ACMA are a strong plus.
  • You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or forecasting.
  • You have advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools such as Excel, BW, TM1, and ERP systems, including SAP.
  • Your analytical mindset is paired with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • You communicate complex financial data clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized, managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • You thrive working independently but also excel as a cooperative team member.
  • Your strong sense of compliance ensures adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
