Your role: As Customer Application Specialist Formulation, you occupy a customer-facing role in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on formulation technologies for small and large molecules. You will collaborate with Account Managers and customers in Germany and Benelux, reporting to the Head of Customer Application Formulation EMEA. Your expertise will drive sales and identify strategic growth opportunities. You’ll work with Regional Tactical Specialists and Account Managers to execute action plans and provide high-level consultancy in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Additionally, you will pursue complex opportunities, foster teamwork, and relay feedback to leadership to implement best practices, ensuring excellence in formulation and related product portfolios.

Who you are:
- Recognized industry expert (internal and external) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years practical, hands-on experience in the biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of sales cycles from prospecting to closure in the (Bio)-pharmaceutical industry and relevant commercial experience
- Experience with biological & pharma production across modalities including, but not limited to, mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, small molecules, mRNA, Cell and/or Gene therapies
- Proven experience in managing complex and dynamic projects with a variety of key stakeholders
- Put the customer needs in the center of your work and related to our focused business areas
- Capable of interacting and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders (customers and internal stakeholders)
- Influencer within your regional customer-facing team
- Fluency in English and strong communication & sales skills, including knowledge of social media and other digital platforms
