Your Role: As the ERP Deployment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the transformational deployment of the global SAP S/4HANA template across EU entities. You will co-lead projects alongside the Business Deployment Lead, ensuring all ERP-related activities are executed flawlessly and in compliance with Life Science regulatory standards. Your expertise will make you the single point of accountability for regional ERP delivery, fostering collaboration between global template teams, system integrators, and local business stakeholders. You will mobilize and onboard local ERP resources, establishing a robust delivery structure aligned with global governance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring readiness for data migration, validating adherence to SAP standards, and coordinating technical designs for integrations and extensions. You will lead ERP testing activities and manage the cutover planning and execution to guarantee a seamless go-live experience. Your role will also involve providing hypercare support post-deployment, ensuring system performance stabilization. Ultimately, your contributions will be vital in achieving on-time and quality delivery of all ERP activities necessary for a successful go-live.

Who You Are:

• You have over 10 years of experience in ERP delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• You hold a Master degree in IT Management
• You possess proven experience in ERP transformation programs, particularly with SAP S/4HANA.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP landscape components, including core S/4HANA modules and data migration concepts.
• You are experienced in working within regulated Life Science environments, familiar with GxP, validation, and audits.
• You have previously held roles such as IT Deployment Lead, IT Program Manager, or Solution Lead.
• You are knowledgeable about SAP Activate and agile/hybrid delivery models.
• You excel in connecting with both IT and business leadership, demonstrating strong transversal leadership skills.
• You have a coaching mindset, capable of onboarding IT resources unfamiliar with large transformation programs.

This position shall be filled in Germany, preferably near our headquarter in Darmstadt.
