Your Role:

In the lifescience operations EHS global team, a centralized project management and coordination position that oversees the Life Science wide implementation of EHS focused projects triggered by new and upcoming regulatory requirements.

Planning:

• Establish governance to bridge the gap between regulatory functions and site level EHS

interface with Life Science and Group Regulatory functions

interface with existing cross site networks and existing programs

• Detailed Project planning and activity prioritization across all affected sites

• Coordination with other ongoing EHS activities to realize synergies

Execution:

• Assessment of the the current state of available information and methodologies in the organization
• Centralized information gathering and identification of information gaps
• Initiation and coordination of activities to close information gaps (e.g. on-site measurements)
• Identification of current and upcoming compliance risks and implementation of measures to address them
• Preparation of data for compliance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), environmental emissions, and waste reporting
• Maintenance of operational licensing through robust information gathering and sharing for substance registration, authorization, and compliance monitoring

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• EHS certified professional
• Global project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Sound understanding of analytical methods to assess OEL (Occupational Exposure Limits)
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements regarding EHS (Industrial Hygiene; Protective measures; Substance handling & control)
