Our 2-year General Finance graduate program is designed for exceptional Master's students, offering a wealth of opportunities to prepare you for future roles within our Finance organization. Your role:
During your 24-month rotation plan, you will explore various facets of Finance while building a strong company-wide network. The first 15 months at our headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany, will immerse you in Controlling, Accounting, and Reporting, enhancing your business understanding and mastering Finance tools. You will lead high-impact projects with direct senior management interaction.
In the following nine months, you will join a Country Finance organization in an international location (e.g., China, Taiwan, or South Korea), managing processes and projects to further develop your expertise, business acumen, and cross-cultural skills. Upon completing the program, you will transition into an exciting role within the Group Finance organization, aligned with your interests and career aspirations. You will also engage in a comprehensive training curriculum focused on elevating your hard and soft skills, supported by continuous mentoring.
Who you are:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Business Studies or Industrial Engineering/ Business Informatics with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting or Controlling with outstanding academic performance.
- Practical experiences in Finance via (international) internships, e.g. in Accounting or Financial Controlling.
- High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies; prior touchpoints to Finance digitization, data science and/or business intelligence are a plus.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office; SAP, TM-1 and Tableau skills are a plus.
- Fluency in Business English, plus a second language.
- High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving
- Team-player with strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
- Extracurricular activities are a plus.
The deadline for applications is 15th January 2025.
The assessment center will take place in mid-March 2025. The program starts in October 2025 offering a permanent contract.
