Your role

The Global Graduate Program is our company’s career accelerator for high potential graduates who are early in their careers. Our 24-month program offers an exciting mix of strategic projects and operational rotations across different HR functions, including one international assignment, formal training, leadership mentoring and personal/professional development. We believe in a flexible working approach and value self-starters with curious minds.

As a GoGlobal, you'll join innovative, customer-oriented teams and have exposure to our HR organization and business, with visibility to senior management. Plus, you'll have an assignment manager and mentor to support you along the way. Our program fosters personal and professional growth, while providing exceptional networking opportunities to improve your technical expertise and business acumen. You'll gain experience in areas such as supporting teams through HR business partnering, using data to advise the business, be part of learning and growth solutions development, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and/or shaping how we recognise and reward great performance.

Join us for three assignments in Darmstadt and one international assignment to experience a unique, accelerated learning environment that unleashes your full potential!

Who you are:

  • High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Psychology/ Human Resources or similar field
  • Outstanding academic performance
  • First practical experience via internships, preferably within HR or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills, excitement for complex and ambiguous work, curiosity for our diverse business sectors and a broad range of topics
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility and to demonstrate results-oriented project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
