Your role:

  • Set the vision, strategy, and tactics and be the primary internal source of medical expertise and input on an indication throughout the product lifecycle
    • Provide medical perspective to internal and external stakeholders regarding the business strategy
    • Coordinate communication and decision-making for Medical related topics
    • Set Key Thought Leaders (KTL) strategy, in support of clinical development and LifeCycle Management (LCM), based on insight collected in global advisory board meetings
    • Serve as a medical reviewer (in partnership with Medical Information Lead) for global materials
    • Communicate the most updated medical trends to relevant stakeholders and identifies new development opportunities for LCM
  • Drive medical value creation throughout the product lifecycle in a tumor type:
    • Develop and oversee the execution of evidence generation strategy
    • Drive and lead the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP) , including the evidence gap analysis, and involve relevant stakeholders
    • Plan, develop and lead company-sponsored post-registrational studies, and RWE studies to address identified evidence gaps
    • Develop, Review and approve:
      • The investigator sponsored study (ISS) program (strategic fit concepts)
      • Early access and compassionate use programs

 

Who you are:

  • Medical degree or equivalent (preferred), or Advanced degree in science (e.g., PhD)
  • 8+ years relevant experience, with some experience in related clinical practice required
  • 5+ years experience in senior leadership roles in Medical Affairs preferre
  • Medical strategy, Evidence generation, including RWE, Leading cross-functional team, Strategic thinking, Business acumen, Interpersonal relationships, Learning agility
  • Management of cross-functional interactions
    • High complexity of geographical and cultural interaction
    • High innovation requirements due to pace of change
  • Fluency in English
