Your role: The Global S&OP and Planning Analytics Lead is the single point of coordination for the global planning process, turning regional inputs into a unified, decision-ready view. You will ensure demand, supply, inventory, and performance data are represented through consistent data, standardized assumptions, and governed processes. In a Make-to-Order environment, you will own the unconstrained demand planning, drive the monthly S&OP cycle, and deliver analytics, reports, and insights that support tactical and strategic decisions. You will transform complex planning data into actionable business intelligence, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs for proactive planning discipline. You will partner with regional teams, commercial, operations, and finance to align customer demand with operational capabilities and to inform leadership decisions through scenario analysis. You will build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards that provide clear visibility into performance, trends, and potential gaps. You will drive standardized planning templates, governance, calendars, and data quality to sustain repeatable planning across regions. You will act as the data steward for planning governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across plans. You will develop executive-ready planning reviews that summarize demand and supply outlooks, inventories, risks, and recommended actions. You will continuously seek improvements to reporting, metrics, and planning processes to raise decision quality and efficiency.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, or related roles
  • Advanced analytical and data-visualization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
  • Experience in global manufacturing environments with Make-to-Order planning
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP APO/IBP or similar planning systems
  • Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to influence leaders across commercial, operations, finance, and regional teams without formal authority
