Your role: As the Head of HR Change, Enablement & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic development and management of HR communications across the organization. You will oversee the content and channels to ensure effective dissemination of information and engagement within HR and enterprise-wide communications. Your leadership will drive change management initiatives, particularly related to the rollout of innovative HR solutions that connect employees globally. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will create compelling content that enhances understanding of our HR programs and initiatives. Additionally, you will manage multiple HR communication platforms, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with our objectives. Your efforts will also include facilitating enablement initiatives to boost employee engagement with HR programs. As a change agent, you will implement new HR solutions, ensuring effective communication and training strategies are in place. You will lead and coordinate communications related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives, fostering a culture of respect throughout the organization. Finally, you will develop and mentor a team of communication professionals, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.

 

Who you are:

  • You hold an academic degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • You possess a strong command of English and German, both spoken and written.
  • You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • You demonstrate solid project management expertise and digital skills, including knowledge of AI in communications.
  • You understand HR practices and can translate complex concepts into clear communications.
  • You have experience managing communication platforms and tools focused on employee engagement and change management.
  • You are an inspiring leader with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication, crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
