Your Role:
Join our dynamic leadership team as the Head of Portfolio Operations – Strategic Programs for the Single Use & Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) business. In this mission-critical position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational foundation of a rapidly growing business. You will be the strategic engine driving our operational readiness, ensuring we remain competitive and aligned with market needs. Your leadership will guide long-range planning, cross-functional execution, and transformative initiatives that elevate our operational capabilities. As a key interface between commercial, supply chain, and operations, you will translate strategic intent into actionable plans. You will lead critical business initiatives, oversee investment planning, and ensure seamless integration across functions. Your contributions will directly impact the long-term success of SUIPS and the future of bioprocessing.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines; an MBA is a plus.
• You have over 10 years of experience in strategic operations, supply chain management, or product management, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• You possess proven leadership experience with at least 5 years managing senior professionals and developing high-performing teams.
• You have a demonstrated track record of success in a matrix environment, managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• You bring strong business acumen and a strategic, process-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• You have a successful history of managing complex multi-dimensional projects and possess excellent project management skills; a project management qualification is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is an advantage.
