Your role:

The Integrated Solutions Partner (ISP) will help in developing and implementing strategic HR and people solutions throughout the employee life cycle for one or multiple business(es) at a global level. This includes talent development, acquisition, succession, retention, Leadership, upskilling, rewards, people analytics, AI and Strategic workforce planning (SWP). In this role, the future incumbent will have to collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the other ISPs. The Integrated Solutions Partner ensures business priorities are heard and reflected in the overall Central People & Organizational Growth teams. This high-impact role requires excellent stakeholder management, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

In this role as Healthcare HR Talent, Rewards and Analytics Solution Partner within the Healthcare ISP team, the individual will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure a best-in-class succession planning process, guaranteeing that the right person is in the right position at the right time. This includes creating and implementing innovative HR and people solutions that encompass talent development, acquisition, succession, retention, leadership, upskilling.

Additionally, the expert will establish an enhanced people analytics practice in collaboration with the Corporate Center, acting as a key resource within Sector HR for all people analytics tools and processes. This will enable the delivery of advanced analytics insights and shape strategic discussions regarding personnel matters. Close collaboration with HRBPs will be essential to understand business needs, gather insights, and ensure the appropriate People KPIs are implemented.

The individual will also partner closely with the People & Organizational Growth central teams to align on overall company strategies, ensuring that business-specific priorities are considered, and that the execution of company-wide initiatives is effectively managed within their respective business units. Support for HRBPs will extend to Strategic Workforce Planning analysis and related skill culture initiatives.

The position can be based in EMEA, preferred in Germany.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Significant professional experience in Talent including (but not limited to) expertise in talent attraction, recruitment, talent development, upskilling
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, market intelligence, and industry trends will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level and senior leaders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative HR solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall business goals
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of programs
  • A clear team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • English fluent, additional languages are a plus
