Your role:
We are seeking a Healthcare OT Portfolio Manager /all genders) to drive a strategic oversight and execution of our OT portfolio, encompassing both project and services, across a network of twenty manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D sites. This role involves managing a dynamic mix of site-initiated projects tailored to local needs and globally driven initiatives that advance our operations’ strategic objectives.
As a global lead, you will ensure alignment between site-specific efforts and sector-wide goals, optimizing the delivery of OT services and projects to maximize value. By fostering collaboration across divers teams and regions, you will play a critical role in integrating IT and OT capabilities, driving innovation, and enhancing operational excellence through the organization.
The role reports to the Head of Healthcare OT within Global Engineering & Technology function of the sector, collaborates with Global Healthcare Operation Functions and Sites, and interact with Group Functions such as IT Application, IT Infrastructure, Data & Digital, and Cybersecurity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead OT Portfolio in Healthcare sector in alignment with the Group Standard mandate
- Lead Community of Practices in Healthcare with the Site OT Project Delivery Managers
- Co-Lead the Cross Business Sector IT/OT Project and Portfolio Management Board
- Define Sector OT portfolio strategy in alignment with business priorities, budget and risk
- Align Sector OT portfolio strategy with external teams from IT, cybersecurity, and quality
- Support collection of site OT portfolio initiatives in the sector and drive their prioritization
- Assure Site OT Master Plans are current and aligned with latest sector OT portfolio strategy
- Assure CapEx and OpEx alignment with sector controlling for the agreed OT portfolio
- Monitor and report on the OT portfolio, providing visibility and adherence to agreed KPIs
- Conduct regular OT portfolio reviews with business stakeholders to align on priorities
- Manage external partnerships with key IT/OT solution and service providers
- Drive simplification and rationalization of OT portfolio to reduce costs
Who you are:
- Extensive experience in Industrial Automation and Robotics (15 years+)
- Extensive experience in leading automation projects and teams (10 years+)
- Extensive experience in process control within pharmaceutical environment (5 years+)
- Extensive experience in cGMP guidelines and regulations for computerized systems (5 years+)
- Holistic experience in IT/OT environment, electronic data integrity, and OT cyber security
- Holistic experience in vertical integration of production equipment into IT infrastructure & tools
- Knowledge of industry leading standards and groups: IEC, ISO, NIST, Namur, Biophorum, ISPE
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial automation, robotics, or similar
- Experienced in managerial positions (direct reports and matrix organization)
- Ability to develop long term visions and strategies, then turn it into execution plan
- Strategic thinking, systematic problem solving, and assertiveness in plan execution
- Multicultural experience, fluent in English and at least one additional language
- Strong communication, persuasion and coaching skills
