Your Role:
We are seeking an Innovation Lead for our Single-Use & Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) franchise. This role is integral to fostering a culture of creativity, developing strategic innovation roadmaps, and driving the adoption of groundbreaking technologies and processes. You will work at the forefront of biopharmaceutical innovation, ensuring our organization remains competitive in a fast-evolving market. Part of your key Responsibilities are:Develop and execute the franchise's innovation strategy, aligning with broader portfolio goals. Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and industry insights to inform innovation opportunities. Establish and oversee innovation frameworks and processes that drive creative thinking. Manage the innovation pipeline, including SUIPS R&D activities, ensuring project prioritization and successful execution on portfolio level. Engage with external ecosystems (startups, research institutions, customers) to source and implement cutting-edge solutions. Secure resources and present business cases to stakeholders and leadership. Measure and report on innovation performance, ensuring a clear ROI.

Who you are:

• Master’s or PhD in Science, Engineering or Business. / MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong scientific background, with knowledge of biopharmaceutical drug manufacturing processes, including single-use systems, consumables, and services.
• Proven track record in building successful innovation strategies, roadmaps, and processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, results-driven, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and lead within a complex international network of stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Product Management, etc.).
• Willingness to travel 10-20%, including internationally.
