We are a vibrant science and technology company dedicated to advancing human progress. Our Employer Branding team plays a crucial role in showcasing our unique culture and values to attract top talent. We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Your Role

• Monitor and manage external review platforms like Glassdoor and Kununu 
  • Establish a process for review classification and response.
  • Use creativity and automation to further improve the process
  • Propose a more active approach to managing the review process
• Analyze and manage the Employer Branding section of the company's YouTube channels.
  • Evaluate the current setup, propose an approach and structure for improvement.
  • Liaise with corresponding communication functions to gather materials.
  • Establish processes and automations to maintain the channel, keeping it up-to-date and attractive.
• Support with requests from the business (e.g. events, campaigns,…).
• Contribute to the rollout and improvement of the careers website.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, knowledge of online review sites are a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, knowledge of employer branding concepts is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with content management systems or video editing tools is a plus.
