Your role:

As part of our Project Excellence COE within the Data, Digital & IT for Enabling Functions, we are looking for an intern (all genders) to support our cross-functional practice. 

As an intern you will help us to define, structure, implement and test technology-based processes to enable knowledge management, process improvements in the area of project management, training structures & skills management. You would also additionally support in regular tracking and stakeholder reporting, as well as supporting us in building a pipeline for further process refinements and change requirements. You will assist us with ongoing agile journey, and you will be involved in the preparation and follow-up of (agile) workshops and trainings. You will provide support in day-to-day business, but you will also assume full responsibility for clearly defined topics, which will give you a lot of practical experience and insights into the corporate world. With your creative ideas you actively influence our digital and agile transformation.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or student with valid enrolment at a German university
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication, German language skills are a plus
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, pragmatic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and tech-savvy mindset
• Can-do attitude and excellent presentation & intercultural skills
• At least basic understanding and experience with IT project management
• Confident in MS Office, basic knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
• Experience with process modeling/analysis and improvements is nice to have
