Strategy Intern – Single-Use and Integrated Platform Solutions

 

Who we are

SUIPS is part of the Process Solutions business within the Life Science sector of our Company in Darmstadt, Germany. We transform biopharmaceutical manufacturing with innovative, flexible, and scalable single‑use technologies including equipment, consumables, software, and services—helping manufacturers across the globe to deliver life‑saving therapies more efficiently and cost‑effectively.

 

What you will do

Join our international SUIPS Strategy & BP&I team to help shape the overarching direction of SUIPS. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Solutions & BP&I and their team, you will:

  • Facilitate strategy development & implementation by:
    • Supporting project management and cross‑functional workstream coordination
    • Conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analyses
    • Building financial models and analyze data to inform portfolio and go‑to‑market decisions
    • Preparing executive‑ready materials (presentations, dashboards, status updates)
    • Tracking milestones and KPIs and support governance and follow‑ups
  • Drive our strategic transformation by:
    • Preparing stakeholder messaging & material on our strategic vision
    • Support organizational transformation & operating model definition
    • Work on functional engagement & cultural transformation by developing & implementing different internal initiatives

Who you are

  • Education: currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in business, engineering natural sciences or similar fields with an outstanding academic record
  • Experience: Life Science industry and/or Consulting experience via previous internships is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Mindset:
    • Fast learner with initiative and a solutionoriented, cando attitude
    • Collaborative team player comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

 

Duration: 4-6 months, starting December 1, 2025

Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Additional Information: Valid work permit required
