Your role

You will have the unique opportunity to work in the CHRO office team on strategic initiatives and daily operations, in a global environment. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and learn in a supportive and engaging environment. In this role, you will contribute to bringing HR projects to life through supporting with project management and organizational tasks. You will assist in planning and executing HR Leadership activities, prepare HR communication & enablement materials, and support research with in-/external partners. Additionally, you will provide operational support to day-to-day business.


Who you are

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • You are close to the Frankfurt-Darmstadt area
  • You’re proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and you’re great at juggling multiple tasks
  • You have good English skills (spoken and written), German skills are not a requirement
  • You have strong project management, communication and time management skills
  • You’re comfortable with MS Office Suite, and are interested in technology

 

Duration: 4-6 months, starting in May 2024
