Your role: We seek an experienced Product Owner to manage Palantir Foundry – a platform used by over 9500 employees every month - in a collaborative, transparent, and empowering environment aligned with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles. As part of your role, you will join our Data & AI Products Organization that is bringing a product-led mindset to the UPTIMIZE D&A ecosystem. You will report to the Global Head of Platform Product Portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
As the Lead Product Owner for Foundry, you will be responsible to drive the development of our Foundry platform in line with our group Data & AI strategy and the respective operating model, which you will continuously improve. You will work closely with your counterparts in our Sector Data & AI Offices to continuously improve user experience, processes, collaboration, and adoption of the Foundry ecosystem. You align and improve on how use-case development, use-case portfolio performance, and use-case lifecycle development are tracked and implemented in Foundry. You develop a novel governance concept for the Foundry Ontology with strong emphasis on self-service and integration of W3C based ontologies in close alignment with our Data Products team. You bring business-augmented AI to everyone at the company by preparing the rollout and implementation of Palantir AIP. Furthermore, you are responsible to manage the relationship with Palantir on the Group Level.

 

Who you are:

• Higher-education degree (Master’s, PhD, MBA) in a technical field or business administration or comparable.

• At least 7 years of experience working in the data & analytics or digital product environment.

• Proven product mindset and end-user focus

• You possess in-depth knowledge on the enabling factors for a data-driven enterprise across people, process, and technology

• Experience as power user or owner of a data platform is beneficial

•.Experience with Palantir Foundry is beneficial

• Experience in software development is beneficial but not required

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers at all organizational levels

• Passion for driving improvement and leading change in a dynamic environment

• Preferably, you have a prior work experience in Pharma, Life Sciences or the chemical industry

• Experienced in working in a global matrix environment, lateral leadership and positively influencing senior stakeholders

• Excellent team player who takes accountability and thinks cross functional
