Your Role:
Join the Product Compliance Department within the Surface Solutions Business Unit, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our product portfolio meets regulatory standards. You will coordinate and execute essential Regulatory Affairs tasks, focusing on Chemical Regulations, including EU REACH registrations, Classification & Labelling, Safety Data Sheets, and internal SAP processes. Additionally, you will address Cosmetic Product Regulations, Product Stewardship, and Customer Communication to foster sustainable solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Product Management, Sales, and other teams. After your onboarding training, you will serve as the primary contact for Consortia, Joint Registration Groups, and industry associations. As part of a global team, you will ensure Product Compliance, Sustainability, and Quality Oversight for our diverse portfolio, which includes effect pigments and active ingredients for automotive, plastics, printing, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical applications.
Who You Are:
- Master’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in a customer-facing environment
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs
- Strong customer focus, self-motivated, and passionate about networking
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and deliver results in a matrix environment, interacting cross-functionally on a global scale
- Proficiency in SAP ERP software is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills, with effective negotiation and presentation skills in English, and preferably German
