Your Role
As an OT Cyber Security Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's operational technology security posture to support connected plant and smart manufacturing initiatives. You will act as a strategic thinker with a solid technical foundation, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities. Your primary responsibilities include fostering collaboration between corporate and business sector experts to unify perspectives and demands regarding OT security practices. You will define, enable, and orchestrate the rollout of OT security measures, working closely with corporate, sector, and site teams while adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements. Supporting business, OT, and IT teams in their security activities will be essential, including requirements engineering, architecture design, assessments, and cyber risk management. As a trusted advisor, you will assist teams in leveraging corporate cyber security services for OT. Additionally, you may represent the team lead in various internal and external committees. Continuous learning and maintaining expertise in OT cyber security management will be vital for success.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on Cyber Security, adhering to industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or ISO 27000.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams.
- Demonstrated experience in OT cyber security; background in OT architecture or engineering is advantageous.
- One or more industry-recognized security certifications, such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented culture.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills, such as German, are a plus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with OT cyber security trends and practices.
