Your Role:
Join our innovative PROxAb Shuttle team to develop a novel antibody-mediated drug delivery platform for PROTACs. As part of a dynamic group of scientists, you'll engage in platform technology development, target identification, drug design, and lead candidate nomination, tackling challenges in antibody engineering and PROTAC optimization. Your role includes hands-on wet lab work, designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments such as cellular assays, including cell viability, flow cytometric, and degradation assays. You'll also support in-vivo pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and xenograft studies to assess efficacy and biomarker modulation.
This role requires close collaboration with internal experts and stakeholders across various functions to ensure successful research project execution.
This position is limited to one year.
Who You Are:
- Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field with expertise in cancer research, signaling pathways and drug discovery.
- Proficient in cell-based assays, data analysis, and communicating findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong experience in literature research and managing large biological datasets.
- Experience in assay development and antibody design/production, with familiarity in drug discovery processes.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills; able to inspire collaboration.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
This position is based in our headquarters in Darmstadt, with an option for home office.
