Project Delivery Manager
Your role:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, aligning, and approving comprehensive project execution plans tailored to OT services and systems, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with our business objectives. Your excellent project management skills will be crucial as you oversee and guide OT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality requirements.
You will develop and implement OT architecture standards, frameworks, and local guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization as well as supporting the cybersecurity manager. Additionally, you will provide training and support to the site IT/OT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Effective communication will be key as you facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and progress tracking. You will also perform IT/OT risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the security and reliability of our IT/OT systems.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in OT/IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of OT architecture standards and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to provide effective training and support to team members.
- Experience in IT/OT risk management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Background as an automation engineer or a comparable field.
