Your Role:
In this role, you will plan and execute LS-OQ projects to deliver global risk mitigation and continuous quality improvement across ISCO and the Business Units. You will synthesize data and facts to support objective decision-making and collaborate with key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement change management plans that include communications, training, and monitoring. You will lead complex investigations into local, regional, and global issues with engagement from relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop, present, and execute effective CAPA plans in collaboration with these stakeholders. You will actively participate in and support ISCO/Business-led improvement and compliance projects as a Quality Operations SME and LS-Q representative. You will also facilitate targeted global quality governance programs to ensure ongoing focus on performance improvement, for example, complaint reduction.  By analyzing complex data sets, you will identify key global trends and work with stakeholders to translate insights into meaningful, effective actions. This role also includes championing initiatives for shared best practices across sites and regions to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. You will prepare and evaluate relevant quality metrics and project performance reports for Senior Management review on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

 

Who You Are:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacist, Chemist, Microbiologist, Engineer) with 5+ years of experience in operational quality and continuous improvement activities
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects within a regulated environment, focusing on Quality Management System implementation and improvement, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of a broad range of quality regulations and industry requirements to support a diverse product mix, with an emphasis on data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights
  • Experience in project coordination, execution, and delivery, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and be an effective change agent in a matrix organization
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Palantir, Tableau & PowerBI, AERA is beneficial, with a focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and action
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across a matrix structure in a global environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Curious, self-motivated learner who works independently, and is eager to tackle challenges, with a commitment to professional development and continuous learning in quality management
  • Six Sigma certification as a Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred

 

Location: Preferred countries EMEA - Germany, France and UK (Global Role)

Travel: May involve domestic and international travel as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
