Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of regulatory affairs in the life science industry? Join our dynamic team as a Regulatory Business Transformation working student and contribute to shaping the future of life science. You'll play a key role in our continuous improvement efforts, assisting in analyzing regulatory processes, supporting data management initiatives, and helping develop innovative solutions for global compliance challenges. Your fresh perspective will be invaluable as we strive to optimize our operations. The purpose of this role solves the challenge of navigating complex regulatory landscapes by streamlining processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure safety, product quality and compliance. Currently, our global team consists of 17 members in Germany, the US and China as well as a dotted line reporting team of 8 in Bengaluru. The role is based in Darmstadt, Germany.

 

Who you are:

  • A curious and ambitious student pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office suite with a knack for data analysis and a keen eye for improvement opportunities
  • Eager to learn about regulatory affairs and quality management in the life science industry
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills in a global, multicultural setting
  • Detail-oriented with a highly structured working style and strong time management skills
  • Passionate about new technologies and their application in business transformation and process optimization
  • Fluent in English (C1), with proficiency in an additional language being a plus
  • A divergent thinker who's not afraid to experiment, propose innovative ideas, and drive continuous improvement
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to efficiency gains and best practice implementation
