Your role

As Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you act as a strategic advisor by turning complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and action. You will help senior leaders understand the key drivers of financial performance and make well-informed business decisions. In this highly visible role, you will drive FTE and workforce analysis, FX exposure analysis, sales reporting, and quarterly planning cycles. You will proactively analyze and explain movements in financial statements and contribute actively to monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will develop quantitative models for ad-hoc analysis and use them to assess performance, trends, and potential scenarios. By combining internal and external financial data, you will provide insights into the competitive environment and support decision-making for the Life Science Executive Team. You will benchmark financial performance against relevant internal and external data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. As a senior member of the Life Science FP&A Controlling team, you will play an important role in the financial planning process and drive clear, impactful presentations for executive management. Close collaboration with HR and adjacent finance and accounting teams will be central to your success.

Who you are

  • You have at least five years of professional experience in FP&A, treasury, or cash flow controlling, preferably in a large multinational organization.

  • You are highly experienced in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with proficiency in planning tools such as TM1, PAFE, or SAC.

  • You bring an outstanding analytical mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to assess the financial implications of strategic decisions.

  • You are self-driven, motivated, and confident in taking ownership of complex analyses and communicating clear recommendations.

  • You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and can turn analysis into compelling executive-level presentations.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English and communicate confidently in a business environment.
