Your Role:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Senior Manager Strategic Projects in the Chief People Office. You will lead strategy development and drive internal strategic initiatives from inception to completion, helping to power the business through Human Resources, Site Management, Sustainability, Quality & Trade Compliance, and Inhouse Consulting. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business-focused strategies and projects across the four functions within the Chief People Office: Human Resources, Site Management, Sustainability, Quality & Trade Compliance, and Inhouse Consulting.
  • Play a key role in transformation, M&A, divestiture, and integration initiatives from an HR perspective.
  • Advise on critical cross-functional projects, including strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and transformation efforts, acting as a trusted partner to the CPO community.
  • Apply analytical skills through analytics, scenario modeling, and cost analysis; anticipate trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Infuse data, AI, and digital perspectives into all activities.
  • Foster smooth collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead deep-dives on high-priority topics and prepare concise briefing materials for diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong project management discipline by tracking deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic management consulting is a must.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and trends is a must.
  • Experience in Transformation, M&A, Divestiture, or Integration from an HR perspective is strongly required.
  • Proven analytical skills with a track record of turning data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Background in operational excellence or related strategic functions within a multinational context is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, agile mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
