Your Role:

In your role as FP&A Manager and Digital Expert in Group Controlling, you will be at the heart of our financial performance management activities, driving strategic insight across the organization through the state of the art usage of data.

You will be responsible for:

• Championing the use of AI and automation tools within the FP&A team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities
• Delivering high-quality management reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership and key stakeholders with the help of technology
• Supporting translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure financial transparency and alignment
• Supporting ad-hoc strategic projects

Who You Are:

• You hold a degree in Finance, IT or Data Science or a related field
• You bring 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a related finance function, preferably with exposure to a corporate group structure
• You have hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics in a finance context — whether through tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot, or similar platforms
• You demonstrate high learning agility — you embrace change, pick up new technologies quickly, and actively seek smarter ways of working
• You possess strong communication and storytelling skills
• You are a collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across functions and hierarchies
• You have a track record of successful project management experience, ideally based on agile methodologies
• Fluency in English is required
