Senior Strategic Product Manager (all genders)

Your Role: In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for shaping the scientific, technical, and regulatory positioning of our Integrated Platform Solutions’ Data Analytics product portfolio tailored for the biopharmaceutical industry. You will develop and implement mid- to long-term strategies that drive innovation and market leadership, ensuring our offerings resonate with customer needs. Your role will involve actively developing the portfolio by translating strategic insights into innovative solutions that foster long-term growth and enhance competitiveness. You will define product positioning for both new and existing offerings, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align on go-to-market strategies. Strategic business planning will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including long-range planning and lifecycle management. You will own the pricing strategy for your portfolio, demonstrating agility in evaluating and approving pricing decisions based on expert guidance. This role requires high levels of interaction with various teams, including R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial partners. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution will be vital to your success.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Natural Science, such as Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in strategic product management, particularly in data analytics or data science within B2B technology-heavy environments.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business and market data effectively.
• You can translate scientific knowledge into compelling marketing messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
• You are assertive, well-organized, and have strong decision-making capabilities.
• You excel in collaboration within a complex international network of functions and stakeholders, including Commercial, R&D, Field Services, Quality, and Operations.
• A Master’s, MBA, or PhD is preferred, along with additional education in business or computer science.
• You are willing to travel internationally, up to 20%, and are based in Darmstadt, Germany.
