Your role:

As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (all genders), you will be pivotal in upholding the highest quality standards throughout the product life cycle. You will own supplier quality programs from supplier qualification to ongoing performance management, lead risk assessments and containment strategies, and drive robust corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams to protect product quality and patient safety. You will qualify new suppliers, establish quality requirements, and monitor performance using key metrics and dashboards. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and QA to implement continuous improvement initiatives across sites, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance with GMP and quality systems.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supplier quality management, audits, and CAPA closure
  • Risk-based thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Clear communication skills in writing and verbally in a global context
  • Fluency in GMP standards and quality systems (strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015)
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and bias for action
  • Commitment to inclusivity and ethical integrity in every interaction
  • Working knowledge of SAP; Mango, TrackWise, and Falcon are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with business-fluent English
