Your role: We are looking for an experienced Senior e-Commerce Manager to join our Surface Solutions Digital Team. This role will be instrumental in realizing the large Business Unit’s e-Commerce opportunities by advancing our current solution, defining areas for improvement, and executing the implementation roadmap. The successful candidate will drive user adoption, web traffic, and optimized user experience and lead the enhancement of our technical infrastructure and further system integrations. Additionally, the Senior e-Commerce Manager will be responsible for providing meaningful data reports and insights for strategic business decisions. The candidate will be reporting to the Head of e-Commerce and Global Marketing.  You will ead and drive the e-Commerce strategy and implementation roadmap, you coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful e-Commerce integration, you enhance technical infrastructure and system integrations, you drive user adoption, web traffic, and user experience optimization, you collaborate with regional teams to improve E-Commerce capabilities and you provide meaningful data reports and insights to drive business decisions.

Who you are:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, business informatics or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience incl. at least 5+ years e-Commerce experience in a B2B environment
• Proven track record in similar roles with a strong portfolio of successful e-Commerce initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment leveraging sound leadership skills
• Experience in driving E-Com improvements and web traffic growth
• Excellent understanding of E-Commerce technologies and platforms
• Prior experience in coordinating system integrations and enhancing user experience
• Language: English, German preferred
