Your role:
As the Strategic Go to Market & Partnership Manager for Single-Use Platform Solutions, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for an integrated portfolio of equipment, consumables, software, and services — translating complex, multi-component architectures into clear, outcome-based value propositions and ensuring consistent positioning across portfolios, functions, and regions. You will champion a shift from product-focused conversations to consultative, workflow-centered dialogues, building strategic customer relationships that embed the platform into long-term decision-making. You will design customer collaboration workshops that convert insight into measurable impact, monitor the competitive landscape, and systematize customer insights to inform positioning refinement and product roadmap input. You will equip the sales organization with the frameworks and enablement programs needed to articulate platform value with confidence, while tracking engagement patterns over time to assess adoption maturity and adapt strategies as the platform evolves. Reporting to the Head of Market Positioning, you will collaborate closely with international teams to create lasting business impact.

Who you are:
- You bring 5+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product management roles within life science or bioprocessing, with a solid understanding of bioprocessing workflows and single-use technologies to credibly engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated success in platform or solution-level positioning and go-to-market execution, including a strong command of go-to-market frameworks, market segmentation, and strategic positioning methodologies for complex, multi-component portfolios.
- You are experienced in designing and facilitating customer workshops and in translating customer insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market signals into clear, prioritized actions and communicate technically complex concepts in a customer-focused way.
- You are comfortable managing cross-functional, international projects across matrix environments, aligning and mobilizing stakeholders without direct authority.
- You are familiar with project management tools, KPI frameworks, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track engagement patterns, measure platform adoption maturity, and report on strategic impact.
- You possess a proven track record in commercial enablement, delivering tools and programs that effectively shift sales behaviors and build organizational capability.
- You are a platform thinker who sees the integrated whole, remains customer-obsessed, and navigates ambiguity with confidence to drive consistent, outcome-based positioning.
