Your Role: We have an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Strategic Product Manager (all genders) in a highly visible role within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise. In this position, you will act as the business owner, setting the direction and driving the growth of our product portfolio, particularly focusing on Fill & Finish and Sterile Sampling applications in the GLP-1 market. Your deep understanding of global market dynamics, customer applications, and business opportunities will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that position us as market leaders in this evolving sector. You will create a clear vision and strategic plan, encompassing long-range planning and product portfolio evolution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our customers. Additionally, you will lead the product development roadmap, overseeing business cases, market sizing, financial analysis, and forecasting, while driving successful product launches from concept to commercialization. Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, and other key business partners will be essential to achieve outstanding business results in a global high matrix environment. You will actively monitor competitive activities and market trends, translating insights into effective strategies for both new and existing products. Furthermore, you will develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP) focused on revenue growth, operating margins, innovation, and lifecycle management. Your expertise in formulating pricing strategies will help maximize our top and bottom-line goals, taking into account the competitive landscape. Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred.
  • Strong understanding of single-use assemblies and their critical role in sampling and Fill & Finish applications within the bioprocessing industry.
  • Familiarity with the GLP-1 market and its dynamics is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, capable of analyzing business impacts and making effective decisions.
  • Proven experience in digital solutions, particularly integrated systems with software and customer-facing design configurator tools.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a strong ability to drive business results and initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative, demonstrating the ability to influence and navigate within a global matrix organization.
