Your Role:

 

As the Business Process Excellence (BPE) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across the organization by developing and implementing a comprehensive BPE playbook. This playbook will serve as a vital resource, outlining Foundation & Governance, Company Process Architecture, Common Excellence Toolkit & Excellence Programs to drive process excellence throughout various functions. You will design and implement a robust rewards and recognition system aimed at incentivizing and acknowledging contributions to BPE initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement among employees. You will create standardized templates for various process improvement methodologies, ensuring consistency and facilitating effective project execution.

In this capacity, you will also be responsible for drafting and executing comprehensive auditing and assessment tools to evaluate BPE practices across different functions and sites.

 

Who you are:

 

  • You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in business process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields.
  • You have a proven track record in developing process improvement playbooks, templates, and tools, and experience in designing rewards and recognition systems is a plus.
  • You have worked several years in consulting firm with excellent documentation skills.
  • With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (a master’s degree or MBA is preferred), you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a history of delivering projects on time.
  • Your interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented by nature, you pay close attention to documentation and template preparation.
  • You are familiar with process improvement tools and holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification is preferred, along with a project management certification (e.g., PMP) being a plus.
