Your Role:
As part of the SUIPS Customer Application team, you will leverage your technical expertise in Single Use technologies and hardware to drive sales and business growth. Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Customer Applications teams, you will develop and implement integrated solutions for customers located in Germany, Austria, and Central & Eastern Europe. Your role will include managing complex projects from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will enable you to identify strategic opportunities for growth. You will engage with customers both in person and virtually, presenting our expertise while addressing their specific needs. Your contributions will extend to assisting Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning and executing regional action plans. Additionally, you will act as a liaison, sharing customer feedback with the business to shape our strategies and product offerings.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with commercial partners to enhance sales and drive the adoption of Single Use & Hardware portfolio.
- Present technical expertise to customers via face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Assess customer needs and apply technical expertise, to ensure optimal use of technology within applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Manage customer projects effectively from pre-sales through successful implementation.
- Assist Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning and executing regional action plans
- Prepare and validate information required for prioritizing customer projects
- Promote a collaborative mindset by supporting the broader product portfolio where relevant.
Who you are:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Master‘s or PHD is preferred
- +8 years of relevant technical experience in the life sciences industry, covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. 30-50% travel
- Strong technical expertise in Single Use & Hardware technologies
- Solid technical understanding of bioproduction workflows across multiple modalities, including but not limited to mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, and Cell and/or Gene Therapy.
- Ability to analyze customer manufacturing processes and align them with our product offering
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong customer-centric mindset, and a proactive, action-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build strategic relationships effectively
- Fluent in English and German
