Your role: 

We are looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in project management and business analytics to support our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Healthcare Global Pharma Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Team. 

After an initial training phase on the data structure, project tools and underlying processes, you will be working independently on your tasks by leveraging your skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset. You will be driving the monthly project and portfolio reporting, supporting project management tasks, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, collecting & preparing data, updating process documentations and following up activities with stakeholders.  

Working in our team will expose you to a variety of project management topics in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of managing a global project portfolio. 

 

Who you are: 

  • Student in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in project management and business analytics 
  • Advanced skills in standard MS Office tools. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel is a must 
  • Experience in MS Power Apps, Project and databases is an advantage 
  • High degree of independence, strong result orientation and teamworking skills 
  • Fluency (C1) in English, both written and spoken 
  • Availability for at least 1 year for 20 hours per week on average
