Your role:
We are looking for a talented candidate with a keen
interest in business analytics to support our global Research & Development (R&D) Portfolio Reporting & Analytics group. After becoming familiar with the fundamentals of Bio-/pharma R&D and Portfolio Management, you will support our global team in developing fit-for-purpose dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for our global R&D leadership. In addition, you will ensure that our dashboards live up to the highest data quality standards and be a driving force in raising the bar even further. Moreover, you will facilitate user engagement and training to boost dashboard adoption across all hierarchy levels and functional lines of our global R&D organization. Finally, you will also support the team with operational activities, such as the preparation of team meetings and workshops. Working in our team will expose you to a variety of exciting learning opportunities in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of steering a global biopharmaceutical R&D organization.

 

 Who you are:

  • Advanced student in computer science, business administration, natural sciences, pharmacy, mathematics, economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Bio-/pharma R&D performance management, portfolio management and business analytics
  • Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
  • High degree of independence combined with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Openness to get involved in a wide range of tasks and taking joy in developing creative solutions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus
  • Availability for at least 6 month for 20 hours per week on average
