Background

Our Global Healthcare Quality organization is currently implementing and operating a global Laboratory Information Management Systems. These applications are key for managing laboratory processes and the traceability of laboratory data in different quality control settings (Pharma, Biotechnology, Development). Being used in a highly regulated environment, those systems are deployed following a clearly defined process and validation governance and need to consider the complexity of a multi-site network.

 

Your Role:

After onboarding, you support the continued role out and routine operation of the system. Moreover, you will visualize (project) data from various sources with Excel, PowerBI or other tools to help the team analyzing the data and leverage it, e.g. in activity planning and capacity evaluation. In addition, you will support the team by gathering data or preparing documentation.

 

Requirements

  • Student of natural sciences, engineering, data science or similar
  • Very good skills in managing Excel sheets
  • Good Knowledge in data analysis and data flow automation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Power Automate, Palantir Foundry)
  • Highly reliable, structured and thorough style of thinking and working
  • Language skills: English (complete documentation is in English), additionally German and/or French beneficial

 

Duration: 6 Months (extension possible)
