Your Role:

As a pearlescent pigment manufacturer, we use data-based 3D rendering to digitally visualize what our pigments will look like in various applications. For that, we currently use different 3D objects, where we can apply .axf files holding the measured appearance of our pigments. To expand and adapt our rendering portfolio, we need to show a high level of surface quality that enables renderings and colors to stand out in the best possible manner.

You will support us in advancing our current and setting up new 3D-environments, illuminating new 3D objects and creating new rendering scenes. In addition, your 3D-modelling skills are needed to support our re-branding efforts, altering existing 3D objects and creating new branded elements.

Who you are

• Student (all genders) in 3D-design, 3D-modelling or comparable
• Confident handling of Autodesk VRED (setting up photorealistic scenes, optimizing raytracing illumination settings, optimizing shadows and reflections)
• Experience in 3D-modelling (Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Alias, Blender or comparable)
• Precise and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Good knowledge (C1) of German and/or English
