Your role

Our team supports the Healthcare business in its digital marketing and sales activities. We transform business challenges into digital solutions by combining technical expertise with business understanding. Focusing on the CRM and Integrations, we are supporting globally different sales processes with our IT Solutions. As part of the global CRM team you will: support of our different project teams in our day to day tasks, active participation in identifying and solving challenges in the CRM field, data Management, support with data maintenance and updating in our CRM , data analysis - creation of reports and dashboards for further data analytics, maintenance of our internal communication website and effective collaboration with the CRM team and other relevant departments.

Who you are

• Pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a similar field. 
• Curious problem solver who finds creative technical solutions to business problems.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, Microsoft office, Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently on tasks
• Eager to learn, openness to new tasks, and a willingness to continuously develop
• Fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communication, German B2 / C1 level is a great bonus!
• Team player collaborating with the business, business architects and other team members
