Your role:   
 

As our working student, you will support the Finance Transformation Office, contributing to change management activities for one of company`s core strategic programs for the CFO area. Your responsibilities will include supporting our international team with developing communication materials, managing internal communication channels, the design of impactful PowerPoint presentations, and assisting in organizing internal events. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in an innovative environment and has a passion for writing, design, and effective storytelling. 

You are: 
 

• At least in 2nd year of your Bachelor studies in fields of communications, business, psychology, business or similar 

• Available for up to 20 hours a week 

• A proactive team player with an affinity to digital topics and tools 

• A fast learner with curiosity, organizational talent and strong analytical skills 

• Self-reliant with good communication and interpersonal skills 

• You possess a confident and approachable demeanor, enabling you to engage effectively with colleagues and management at all levels. 

• Fluent (C1) in German and English, proficient in MS Office 

• Interest in topics related to finance and technology 

• Basic knowledge in InDesign & Photoshop is a plus
