Your Opportunity

Join our Quality & Regulatory team and help us shape the future of digital solutions in a global, science-driven organization. As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and fellow working students to develop cutting-edge digital tools, AI agents, and data analytics solutions — all with the goal of making our quality and regulatory processes smarter and more efficient. We want someone who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is ready to build things that matter.

Your Role

• Develop digital solutions on Palantir Foundry — including low-code applications, data pipelines, and analytics use cases

• Build AI agents using our internal MyGPT platform (built on Langdock) and/or Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Platform)

• Drive end-to-end projects — from idea to implementation — with a high degree of autonomy

• Collaborate with stakeholders across a global team to identify pain points and design smart solutions

• Contribute to data analytics use cases and help turn data into actionable insights

• Bring your own ideas and proactively suggest improvements to how we work

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's program in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related technical field

• Programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — you think proactively and act independently

• Entrepreneurial spirit — you take ownership of your topics and drive them forward

• Excellent (C1) communication skills in English (our team works in a global setting)

• Curiosity and motivation to learn new tools and platforms quickly

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/no-code environments

• Experience building AI agents or chatbots

• Familiarity with Confluence or other Atlassian tools

• German language skills

Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Working Hours: Flexible, up to 20h/week during lecture period | Full-time during semester breaks
