Your Role:

In your role as a Working Student (all genders) in Strategy & FP&A Controlling, you will support our production controlling organization on its digital transformation journey. You will work closely with Site Controllers, the Finance Data & Analytics team, and the Strategy & FP&A Controlling team to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation:
    • Create, enhance and maintain dashboards in Power BI
    • Support the further development and daily operation of our performance and reporting application “Performance Factory”
    • Help maintain and improve automated reporting routines, ensuring data is prepared accurately and on time
    • Assist in validating data quality and improving data accuracy
    • Contribute ideas on how to simplify processes and increase efficiency through digital tools and automation 
  • Financial Planning & Analysis Support
    • Support financial analyses related to manufacturing operations (e.g. cost analysis & forecasting tasks)
    • Help prepare standard reports, performance reviews and presentations for management
    • Consolidation and analysis of financials for production sites / clusters
    • Assist in the preparation of standard-price calculations and related controlling processes
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making within the team.

You will be integrated into the day-to-day work of the team and gain insights into production controlling, supply chain, and financial planning processes in an international environment.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
  • First experience or strong interest in controlling/finance, ideally related to manufacturing or supply chain
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel; experience with data analytics / visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured and reliable way of working, and attention to detail
  • Curiosity for digitalization and automation in controlling and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
  • Fluency (C1) in English & good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; you enjoy working in cross-functional and international teams
