Your Role:
Support the Geography Therapeutic Lead (GTL) for Fertility & Endocrinology in META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa) and LATAM in the implementation of global strategies and key business initiatives. The role will contribute to business analyses, project coordination, and execution tracking to help on the effective deployment of strategic priorities across the regions.
Main Activities / Tasks
- Support the follow-up and coordination of strategic initiatives and key projects across META and LATAM.
- Conduct business analyses to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Monitor project timelines, action plans, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, workshops, and business review meetings.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of global strategies.
- Assist the GTL in driving execution excellence and tracking progress against key objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- Advanced Bachelor's student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with business data.
- Demonstrated business acumen and interest in commercial strategy and business performance.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Fluent (C1) in English.
