Your Role:

Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? As a Working Student (all genders) at Inhouse Consulting (IC), you will have a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into our operations, focusing on talent incubation and business consulting.

In this role, you will report to the Global Effectiveness Manager and collaborate closely with the IC Leadership Team. You will support a diverse range of internal tasks and projects – e.g., desk research, data analysis, presentations, concept development and tool support.

From day one, we encourage you to bring your ideas to the table and help us tackle our daily challenges. We are looking for candidates with a proactive and problem-solving mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a detail-oriented approach, along with a passion for data and AI. Fluency in English is essential.

You will thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment, where your contributions will be valued, and you will gain firsthand experience of daily life in Inhouse Consulting. The position is part-time (16-20 hours per week) and available for a minimum of 6 months, starting February 1st.

 

Who you are:

  • Enrolled Master’s student in Business Administration, Marketing or related subjects

  • Ideally already relevant experience from working student/intern positions in strategy, consultancy, or business

  • Quick apprehension, self-initiative, and reliable working attitude paired with a curious, goal-oriented, and open personality

  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent (C1) written and oral communication in English
