Your role:

You will contribute to (post-)acquisition legal entity integration projects as well as other subsidiary projects such as foundation, liquidation, mergers from a corporate Finance/legal entities perspective, which includes the development of integration strategies and principles. You will help to plan and steer capital measures (capital increases/decreases) and intercompany dividends from a corporate Finance/legal entity perspective. You will further optimize reporting capabilities on the status of projects, capital measures, and intercompany dividends as well as overall transparencies on legal entity developments. Thereby you will work in an international context and in close collaboration with country CFOs, Treasury, Tax, and other Finance departments.
 

Who you are:

  • Current Master studies in Business/Finance
  • Bachelor University degree (or equivalent) with a strong financial background
  • First practical experiences from internships
  • Good communication skills and analytical competencies, problem solving attitude and innovative thinking
  • Fluent (C1) in English
